The Altus International School (TAIS) has made a big impact on the city of Dehradun’s education scene by providing a well-balanced curriculum which is an immaculate balance of academics, sports, and cultural activities.
In the Pre-Nursery class the child learns to discover, explore and experiment in a stimulating and conducive environment. The activities aim at developing tiny-tots independence and confidence. The curriculum is planned around development of fine motor skills, gross motor skills and cognitive development. Fine Motor Skills and Gross Motor skills are imparted through specially designed exercises.
Teaching – Learning Strategies are activity –based. They include creative Art & Craft activities , use of puppetry , songs and rhymes , games , swings , field-trips and performing arts such as dancing , singing and role-plays.
